Lucky You features a redneck type Las Vegas gambler who has poker skill. Sounds like a great film, with Duvall starring also but the lead role played by Eric Bana basically sucks. He looks like something from Roadhouse with Patrick Swazye, 1980s all the way.
The script is mediocre, only for me the shots of the Bellagio card room where I’ve played and cameos by top poker players such as Pham, Negreanu, Harman and Sammy Farha.
The movie sucks in a word. If you want to see the Bellagio card room, it’s a good view. That’s it.
